Become a Corporate Donor of Lula Lake
Lula Lake Land Trust (LLLT) is dedicated to building long-term partnerships with local businesses. We value your time and appreciate your dedication to our conservation efforts. When you partner with LLLT, you’re building a connection that will last not only this year but years to come. You’ll be part of the team! We keep the conversation going with our corporate partners by checking-in throughout the year so you know exactly how your support is helping make an impact. Conservation work never stops, and neither does our appreciation for corporate partners.

We offer three types of prestigious partnership opportunities to corporate partners—Conservation Partnerships, Recreation Partnerships, and Signature Event Partnerships. Our Conservation Partnership levels come with unique benefits, and your support goes directly back into the land. Our Recreation Partnership levels provide public access to our Core Preserve and include custom benefits. Our Signature Event Partnership levels provide support to annual fundraisers and include custom benefits; we also accept event trade partnerships for donated product(s).

Details for these select partnerships are outlined in our guide. LLLT looks forward to an opportunity to partner with you, and we are always available to meet and discuss further. Please contact our Director of Development, Matthew Hubbard, with any questions you may have or if you want to set up a meeting. He can be reached at matthew@lulalake.org or 706-820-0520, Ext. 1,

Behind the Waterfall

Lula Lake Land Trust was established by the will of Mr. Robert Davenport, Sr. at his death in 1994. Since then, his children Bobby, Elliott, Eleanor and Adelaide along  with the Board of Trustees, local foundations and staff have helped to conserve over 8,000 acres on Lookout Mountain, doubled the size of Cloudland Canyon State Park, built nearly 60 miles of recreational trails spanning private, conservation, and state owned lands. Our fee owned properties are research sites for  UTC, UGA, and the State of Georgia Forestry Division as we seek to reintroduce the American Chestnut Tree while attempting to fight the Hemlock Wooly Adelgid with both chemical and biologic agents. We are in continuous pursuit of additional properties to protect and conserve within the Rock Creek and Bear Creek watersheds on Lookout Mountain. We seek to become outstanding stewards of conservation lands surrounding Chattanooga, Tennessee along with our 6 other land trust partners in the region.
